  1. 海面下におかれるロワーハルと、このロワーハルから海
    面上に立ち上げられたカラムと、カラム上部に設けられ
    たデツキとを有し、バラスト装置を備えてなる半没木型
    海洋構造物において、前記カラムの吃水線部に固定的に
    フロート部を形成したことを特徴とする半没木型海洋構
    造物。
