  1. 海面下におかれるロワーハルと、このロワーハルから海
    面上に立ち上げられたカラムと、カラム上部に設けられ
    たデツキとを有する半没木型海洋構造物において、前記
    ロワーハルとデツキ間に上下動可能にフロートを設けた
    ことを特徴とする半没木型海洋構造物。
