Abstract

PURPOSE:To form highly accurate scroll by a method wherein a lap is inserted into a mirror plate having the groove of drill hole, whose size is slightly wider than the lap width of the scroll, subsequently, a scroll lap is formed by sizing. CONSTITUTION:The flat parts of upper and lower mirror plate members 3B1, 3B2 are provided with the scroll-type grooves of drill holes having widths wider than the width of a scroll-type belt member 2A and the belt member 2A is inserted thereinto. Both of the members are jointed by caulking and, thereafter, the lap is formed by sizing, whereby high accuracy of the size may be obtained. Thereafter, the jointed parts 7 are sealed closely by electronic beam, brazing or the like to assemble the scroll having air-tightness.

に一体で製作する方法としては、鋳造した素材を切削に
より加工する方法が考えられるが、鋳造による素材は寸
法精度が悪いため渦巻き状の帯板部及び油入の切削加工
に長時間かかり作業効率が悪い。

有する上下部鏡板に挿入し、両者をカシメ方法により、

形の拘束治具によりサイジング成形加工を行い、渦巻き
状帯板部材の寸法粘度を確保する。しかるのち接合部を
電子ヒーム及びロー付溶接等により密封して、製作する

行い、しかるのち接合部を電子ビーム、ろう付溶接等を
行い密封することにより寸法精度及び気密性のすぐれた
スクロール素材が得れ、切削工数が低減されるので生産
性にすぐれた効果を期待できる。
