■廃棄物の焼却装置における回転燃焼炉。
実用新案登録請求の範囲、図面の簡単な説明を次のよう
に補正する。
@実用新案登録請求の範囲
入側の端部に流動性廃棄物の入口16を、出側の端部に
廃棄物の燃焼に伴って発生する排気ガスの出口18をそ
れぞれ備えた中空円筒の正逆転回転体からなり、側部が
中間に断熱材21を装填した内筒19と外筒20から構
成され、内筒19と外筒20を連結するための連結片2
5.26を内筒19の外面並びに外筒20の内面に対向
して突設し、これらの連結片25.26の側面にボルト
27を貫通する構造にして、一方の連結片26のボルト
挿通孔28の形状を斜外周に向けた長孔として内筒19
と外筒20の連結体を構成し、内筒19と外筒20の連
結体の側部に開閉用蓋23付きの固形状物投入兼用灰の
取出口22を設け、内筒19の底部に廃棄物が送り込ま
れ、前記入口16の近傍にはバーナー17が設置され、
該バーナー17からの燃焼炎41が内筒19の軸方向に
沿って中央空間部42に吹入まれるようになっていると
共に、前記内筒19の内面には廃棄物を抄い上げる羽根
29が多数突設してあり、内筒19の回転によって羽根
29が廃棄物を抄い上げて前記燃焼炎41上に散布して
廃棄物を焼却させる如く構成し、且つ羽根29の上端が
灰の取出口22の方向に向って若干傾斜する如く構成し
たことを特徴とする廃棄物の焼却装置における回転燃焼
炉。

Claims (1)
物の燃焼に伴って発生する排気ガスの放出口をそれぞれ
備えた中空円筒の回転体からなり、側部が中間に断熱材
を装填した内筒と外筒の連結体から構成され、内筒の底
部に廃棄物が送り込まれ、前記入口の近傍にはバーナー
が設置されて、該バーナーからの燃焼炎が内筒の軸方向
に沿って中央空間部に吹込まれるようになっていると共
に、前記内筒の内面には廃棄物を抄い上げる羽根が多数
突設してあり、内筒の回転によって羽根が廃棄物を抄い
上げて前記燃焼炎上に散布して廃棄物を焼却させること
を特徴とする流動性廃棄物の連続焼却装置における回転
