Claims (1)
面中央部まで貫通する貫通孔を形成した蓋板部と、この
蓋板部の凹部から貫通孔にかけて挿入するとともに、上
面部に形成した鍔状の係止部を前記凹部の底面に当接さ
せて、該係止部の上面を前記蓋板部の上面と面一状態で
構成した軸部と、この軸部の下端部に固着した支持板部
と、この支持板部の上面と前記蓋板部の下面との間に装
備させて、前記蓋板部を上方へ付勢するスプリングとを
