Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）弁胴内に設けられた弁体と、設定温度で復元し弁
    体を開動作させる形状記憶合金と、この形状記憶合金よ
    り小さな弾力を有し前記弁体を閉動作させる弾性体とよ
    りなることを特徴とする流体制御弁。
  2. （２）弁体は複数個設けられ、この複数個の弁体には夫
    々設定温度の異なる形状記憶合金が取り付けられている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載
    の流体制御弁。
