Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the mechaniscal strength of an external lead-out wire by inserting an optional number of substrates which have resonance element into the rack, etc., of a container, and fitting lids to which lead-out wires are connected to both sides of the opening part of the container. CONSTITUTION:An insulating substrate 9 where a resonance element is connected fixedly is inserted into grooves 12 and 12' of the container 13 which has the grooves (rack) 12 and 12' internally until both ends of the substrate 9 project slightly. Then, the lids 16 and 16' which have grooves along the insulating substrate parts projecting from the container 13 and are equipped with conduction parts 14 and 14' and lead-out wires 15 and 15' connected to contacting parts are welded to the container 13 from both sides of the opening part to obtain a filter.

In Figure 1a, two vibrating parts are formed on a single ceramic substrate 1, and conductive parts 2.2', 2'' are provided on the front and back sides by vapor deposition or plating to extract the vibrations. l. An elastic body is inserted to suppress the vibration of the vibration element to some extent. In this case, since the external lead wire is directly connected to the ceramic resonant element, external stress on the lead wire is applied directly to the ceramic resonant element, causing cracks and cracks, resulting in weak mechanical strength. Additionally, if several sets of vibrating parts are provided on a single ceramic substrate depending on the fill performance, the ceramic substrate will become larger and its mechanical strength will further weaken. There must be. Furthermore, when placing the ceramic resonant element in the container, the ceramic resonant element must be kept floating so as not to come into contact with the inside of the container until the lid is attached, which is time-consuming.

First, Fig. 3 B shows a rectangular ceramic resonator element that can transmit vibrations to the opposite ends of the substrate 7 (ceramic resonant elements provided with conductive parts 8, 8' by bonding or plating, etc.). A is expressed in electrical symbols as shown in Figure 3.This resonant element is printed to match the vibration extraction conductive parts 8, 8' of the resonant element A as shown in Figure 4a. The conductive parts 10 and 10' are connected and fixed to the insulating substrate 9-H on which the conductive parts 10 and 10' are provided up to the end face by plating, etching, etc. using solder or conductive adhesive 11.11'.The insulating substrate 9 with the resonant element A connected and fixed is As shown in Fig. 5Na, grooves 12, 121 (shelves) 12, 121 are provided inside the container 13 made of resin, etc., and the grooves 12 and 12' are shown in Fig. 5, c.
Insert the insulating board 90 with both ends slightly exposed as shown in 7.
As shown in FIG. 5d, there is a groove along the insulating substrate part extending from the container 13, and the M2C, 16' has a conductive part 14°14' and a lead wire 15, 16' connected to the contacting part. They are adhered or welded from both sides of the opening of the container 13 to form a piezoelectric ceramic filter as shown in FIG. 6a. Furthermore, even when a large number of resonant elements are assembled in order to obtain a desired film performance, it is easy to prepare a container having a groove for inserting an insulating substrate to which the resonant elements are connected, and a lid for wiring the resonant element. Furthermore, the ceramic resonant element only needs to have a 1X% neck shape, and the resonant element has the advantage of good quantity control.
It is possible to provide piezoelectric ceramic fills Ll and l.
