Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ガス分析計の検出器に圧力の安定したサンプルガスを供
    給子るガス分析計用サンプリング装置において、真空用
    減圧弁によってあらかじめ設定された真空圧に保たれる
    バッファタンクと、導入されるサンプルガスを所定の圧
    力まで減圧調整する定差圧弁と、該定差圧弁を介して導
    入されるサンプルガスの特性を測定し測定後のサンプル
    ガスを前記バッファタンクに送出するガス分析計用検出
    器とを具備することを特徴とするガス分析計用サンプリ
    ング装置。
