PURPOSE:To reduce the paper jam by rotating a de-electrifying brush in the paper feed direction at the same speed or a slightly higher speed than the paper feed speed so that the de-electrifying brush does not pose an obstacle to the paper feed. CONSTITUTION:The paper 3 fed by a pair of paper feed rolls 1, 2 is de-electrified by a de-electrifying brush 5. 置するものであるため、例えばカールした用紙や薄紙等
を用紙送りローラで送行させるとき、ブラシが用紙の走
行の障害物となって用紙が紙詰りを起すことがあった。

た自己放電型除電ブラシとを少くとも含む回転型除電ブ
ラシ装fatであり、第3図実施例においては第1図な
いし第2図σ′ノ従来例における固定型除電ブラシ装置
と同じように、用紙送りロールの排出側に近接して配置
されている。以上の如き構成の第3図実施例装置におい
て、用紙送り口〜う1と2が夫々矢印の方向に回転する
と、用胤13は矢印の方向に用紙送りローラ1と2の回
転送度に対応した速度で走行する。このとき回転型際゛
市ブラシ装置はその除電ブラシ5の外[d速度が用紙送
行速度と同等または少し高い値になるように取付はロー
ル9が回転するように駆動される。従りて用紙送りロー
ラで送られる用紙は除電ブラシにより除電されるか、こ
の場合、除電ブラシは用紙の走行方向にほぼ等速または

から排出された後は、進行方向に何ら障害物が存在しな
いから、カールしブこ用紙や薄紙であっても殆んど紙詰
りの恐れがない。
