り外部へ放散され、省電力化は十分なものとはいえない
。まだ、保温時の食事等で鍋のフランジ部に米粒等が残
留することが生じ易く、この場合、内蓋バッキングの当
接部が鍋フランジ部であることから、第4図のごとく、
米飯の水分と熱が蒸気筒より外部へ放出され、米飯の乾
燥への影響を生じていた。まだバッキングを逆付けした

バッキング16は上下対称に環状舌片部17.18を有
し、各々が放熱板11、鍋6の7ラング部に一定のたわ
み代を有し当接しており、炊飯時の内圧上昇時における
