【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は保温式の電気炊飯器に関するものであ
る。

従来のこの種電気炊飯器は第1図、第2図に示
すような構成であり、1は電気炊飯器の本体で、
本体1内に内容器2と内容器2内に内がま3が設
置されていると共に、内容器2には胴ヒータ4が
取付けられている。5は開閉自在なふた体で、本
体1の開口を覆うように設けてあり、内部に放熱
板13を有する。9は内ぶたで、前記ふた体5の
放熱板13に取付けられた止めボルト7及び内ぶ
たパツキン8を介し取付けたものである。なおふ
た体5の閉成時、内ぶた9は内がま3を覆うよう
に当接するものである。12は内ぶた9に取付け
上端をふた体5上に突出する蒸気筒である。なお
内ぶた9の蒸気筒12取付部位と蒸気筒12上部
には蒸気孔9a,12aが内がま3と外界とを連
通するよう設けられている。14は放熱板13に
設けたふたヒータである。かくの如き構成からな
る電気炊飯器において、炊飯時に発生した蒸気
は、内がま3と内ぶた9が密接しているため内ぶ
た9の蒸気孔9a及び蒸気筒12の蒸気孔12a
を通り外界に放出される。また保温時には、内容
器2に取付けられた胴ヒータ4及び放熱板13に
取付けられたふたヒータ14により最適の条件で
米飯が保温される。しかしながら複数ケ所に保温
用のヒータを設置してあるので配線作業等の工数
がかかると共に部品点数も多くなり高価になつて
しまう欠点があつた。そこで単にふたヒータ14
を廃止するこころみがなされたが内ぶた9は内が
ま3を介して、胴ヒータ4から加熱されるのみと
なり加熱される量が減少すると共に、ふた体5へ
の放熱が多くなり内ぶた9は低温になつてしまい
保温時に内ぶた9に露が着きそれが米飯に落下
し、食味が低下すると共にその部分が白化し外観
も悪くなる等の不都合があつた。
