Claims (1)
用セル、分光器、前記試料用測定セルを出射し前記分光
器で分光された光を受光する試料用フォトダイ１−ドア
レイ、前記参照用セルを出射し前記分光器で分光された
光を受光する試料用フォトダイオードアレイ、前記両フ
ォトダイオードアレイの出力側に共通接続されたサンプ
ルホールド回路、そのサンプルホールド回路の出力に接
続されたＡ／Ｄ変換器、そのＡ／Ｄ変換器の出力に接続
されたデジタル演算処理手段および前記試料用フォトダ
イオードアレイの出力信号と前記参照用フォトダイオー
ドアレイの出力信号とを交互に切換えて前記サンプルホ
ールド回路へ選択的に出力させる出力切換手段を具備し
