Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストン摺動方向に沿って一対の電極が対向配置され、
    ガンシリンダ内を摺動するピストンにより各電極が互い
    に接近又は離脱する方向に摺動し、上部電極と下部電極
    間に介在するワークの溶接面をスポット溶接するスポッ
    ト溶接装置において、ガンシリンダに複数のシリンダ室
    を形成し、ワーク側の第１のシリンダ室には、ピストン
    軸が上部電極に連結される上部電極用ピストンを挿入し
    、第２のシリンダ室には、ピストン軸が第３のシリンダ
    室を通り抜けてガンシリンダ外で下部電極部に連結され
    る下部電極用ピストンを挿入し、第３のシリンダ室には
    、ピストン軸が下部電極用ピストンのピストン軸と同軸
    上に固定された補助ピストンを挿入し、ガンシリンダ支
    持部に対する下部電極部の荷重と下部電極部に対する補
    助ピストンの支持力とが相殺する圧力を補助ピストンに
    与えて下部電極部を支持し、第１・第２のシリンダ室の
    各ピストンに等しい圧力を与えて各ピストンを互いに逆
    方向に摺動することを特徴とするスポット溶接装置。
