止部と、該係止部の上部に設けられ、上記テーブルライ
ナの浮上がりを抑制すべくこの上端部と係合するライナ
押えと、該ライナ押えを上記テーブルに締付は固定する
第１の締付手段と、上記ライナの内周部に、その径方向
内方に下方へ傾斜して接触され、ライナを径方向外方へ
押圧して上記係止部側に圧接すると共にこの内周部の浮
上りを抑制するためのクランプ部材と、該クランプ部材
を上記テーブルに締付は固定する第２の締付手段と、粉
砕された砕料が上記第１及び第２の締付手段と接触する
ことを防止するために上記第１及び第２の締付手段の上
