るよりに挿着し、また前記スペーサ突出部にほぼ等配に
複数個所に部分的にさらに突出した押え部を形成し、さ
らにとの押え部が差込まれるように前記環状フランジの
内側凹部を形成するとともに、前記環状フランジのフラ
ンジ突起部と反対側から押え部材を介して前記スペーサ
突出部を押圧する前記押圧固着部を形成したことを特徴
