成樹脂フィルムは必ずしも積層される前の2枚のエンボ
ス金属板に予め夫々融着若しくは接着されている必要は
無く、2枚のエンボス金属板が積層された際に2枚のエ
ンボス金属板の凸部内側に空気層が出来るフィルム若し
くはシートであればエンボス金属板の何れか一方の面だ
けに合成樹脂層が融接着されていてもよい。

果を下表に示した。

25%程度節約可能であること、また2枚の金属板の中
間に発泡性合成樹脂を住人したものに比し厚みが薄いの
で雨戸材などやシャッターなどの様な加工性を必要とす
るものに適合すると共にエンボス加工により強度が向−
ヒするだけでなく意匠性に優れているので建材その他の
用途に広く利用が可能であり、優れた防音性の他に多く
の特色を有しているので工業的価値は頗る犬なるもので
ある。
