Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板の直径よりも小なる間隔に支持棒を配置しそ
    の支持棒の夫々の軸に直角かつ対の溝を刻設し、これら
    の溝に半導体基板の周縁部を挿入させていずれも垂直か
    つ平行に支持し熱処理を施す加熱支持台にして、支持棒
    がＳｉＣとＳｉからなる芯部と、石英ガラスの被覆部と
    、前記被覆部に穿設された溝とからなることを特徴とす
    る半導体基板用加熱支持台。
