We discovered points for further improvement when implementing No. 5.
Its purpose is the same as the above-mentioned patents. That is, the frame is made of synthetic resin in a thin line shape, welding is prevented, and although nylon resin was used in the above application, any heat-resistant synthetic resin can be used. Because of its slim size, it has a good appearance and is suitable for use as a frame for sunglasses outside of regular eyeglass frames. It is also strong and can be used in saunas, at high temperatures of over 100℃, in other words, on the front of a car in the summer, or ii. It should not be deformed by direct sunlight outdoors or in high-temperature places such as saunas.

。Traditional frames are usually thick and thick, and thin frames are only made nationwide. It requires a lot of work to process the metal, is expensive, and has the disadvantage of being easily rusted and deformed. The frame of the present invention does not have this drawback and has no deformation or
It is strong enough not to break, and the synthetic resin itself is easy to erase.
It has many advantages, such as being able to provide colorful frames, making it easy to remove lenses, and even an amateur can do it.

Although the state where a and the bridge 4 are separated is shown, in addition to this, appropriate parts are separated and formed, and it is not limited to the above parts. When molding with synthetic resin by this separation, it is commonly called It is possible to form a strong linear frame by eliminating the defects of welding, and when the frame is molded using synthetic resin like the frame of the present invention, and the frame is thin, due to defects of welding, the ring body 1 with lens space is inside the mold. It is possible to prevent the problem of separation at the contact point of the flow of synthetic resin from both strands, that is, at the point where the ends are bonded to each other. Specifically, the mounting ring 1 is formed at the end 2 (see FIG. 3). Also, as shown in Figure 3, Wisdom 2 is 2a, :? One of the mounting ring bodies 3a and the bridge 4 is formed with a recess 6. A protrusion 7 is provided and fitted, and 38 are connected as shown by the inclined lines to form an integral 1-1.A recessed portion and a protrusion 8 are also provided for this, and the screw is fitted in. As shown in FIG. 9
Insert it, harden it with a screw 10, or melt it with high-voltage electricity.

Moisture can be applied by immersing it in water, passing it through steam, or placing it in a humid environment, or by adding reinforcing material, such as glass fiber, to various heat-resistant synthetic resins and molding it in the same mold. As mentioned above, one part of the frame A can be cut off to prevent the weak adhesive strength at the point where the synthetic resin materials colliding and coming into contact with each other as they flow through the mold and are divided into two parts to create a thin frame. However, there is no weakness as a whole, that is, when attaching and detaching the lens B, the mounting rings 1 and 1a of the lens B are bent and pulled.

Although the frame of the present invention is thin and cannot be softened by heating, the synthetic resin lens B can be freely attached and detached by anyone.

。Since the frame of the present invention is constructed as described above, the frame is thin and different from a metal frame! It's lightweight and looks good,
It is strong when attaching and detaching the lens, and does not cause damage or deformation even when subjected to forces such as bending, tension, and twisting. It also has excellent heat resistance, so it can be placed in a sauna, for example, or in front of a bundle in direct sunlight. It has many advantages, such as not causing deformation and can be used in other places subject to high heat.
