Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the heat exchange efficiency of an auxiliary cooling element, by providing an air inlet port in a part of a splash over. CONSTITUTION:Outside fresh air taken in through a front air inlet port 37 is guided to an auxiliary cooling element 41 by an upper panel 33, walls 9, 11 and a floor 19 to perform cooling by the air. After the cooling, the air is discharged to the outside through an air outlet port 39. The auxiliary cooling element 41 is thus always supplied with the cooling wind. The cooling element is not directly affected by a stone flipped during the movement of a vehicle, splashes, etc. A tongue is cut and erected at the air outlet port 39 so that negative pressure is very likely to occur near the port. According to this constitution, the efficiency of the discharge of the air is enhanced to improve that of intake of the air to heighten the cooling performance.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, air-cooled cooling auxiliary equipment components such as an oil cooler for cooling hydraulic oil in an automatic transmission and an intercooler used in the turbocharger units 1 to 1 have generally been placed in the engine room. However, since the engine and power train are located inside the engine room, the temperature rises to such high temperatures that the heat exchange efficiency of cooling auxiliary parts deteriorates, and the degree of freedom in designing the engine room is restricted.
At worst, there was a problem that the vehicle body would become larger.

In the cooling auxiliary equipment arrangement structure configured in this manner, air taken in from the front air intake port 37 is routed to the upper panel 33 and the side! 9, 11, fresh outside air is sent to the floor wall 19 and guided to the cooling auxiliary parts 41 side for cooling. Since the cooling auxiliary equipment parts 41 are configured to be discharged, they are constantly exposed to cooling air, and stones and splashes thrown up while driving are not directly affected. It is not directly affected by the heat of the air.Furthermore, the air outlet 39 has
Since the tongue piece is cut and raised, negative pressure is likely to be generated near the air intake port 39', increasing the air discharge efficiency, thereby improving the outside air introduction efficiency and increasing the cooling performance. It happens.

[Effects of the Invention] Therefore, according to the cooling auxiliary component arrangement structure of the present invention, it is possible to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the cooling auxiliary component, and there is no need to particularly arrange the cooling auxiliary component in the engine room. Therefore, the degree of freedom in designing the inside of the engine room is increased, and maintainability can be improved, and the engine room can also be made smaller, so that the size of the vehicle can be reduced. Furthermore, since there is no direct impact from splashes or flying stones during driving, the cooling auxiliary parts can maintain their functions in good condition.
