く過程に合わせてエレベータの機械室を移動させて、昇
降路を順次延長し、建築工事の効率向上のために使用さ
れる移動機械室式エレベータの据付工法に関するもので

プ、この巻上ロープの余剰分を巻いておくロープ繰り出
し装置及びロープ把持装置を備え、建物の工事進行過程
に応じて仮設機械室を段階的に移動させ、エレベータの
昇降行程を順次延長させていく移動機械室式エレベータ
において、前記仮設機械室を昇降路上方へ移動させるに
際し、乗かと又は釣り合い錘のどちらか一方を昇降路内
に固定し、他方をチェーンブロック又は電動チェーンブ
ロック等の向上げ装置によって前記仮設機械室に連結し
た後、前記ロープ把持装置をゆるめ、前記束かと又は釣
り合い錘のどちらか一方を前記向上げ装置により下降さ
せるとともにロープ繰り出し装置から必要な長さの巻上
ロープを繰り出しその後、前記ロープ把持装置を締め付
けて、前記仮設機械室、乗かと、釣り合い錘を一体に揚
重機で吊上げることを特徴とする移動機械室式エレベー
タの据付工法。1.
