おいて、前記圧電振動子が接続された発振回路と、前記
電気音響変換器の負荷による圧電振動子のインピーダン
ス変動に応じて前記発振回路への供給電圧が変化する電
源回路とを備え、該電源回路の供給電流検知回路に時定
数をもたせ、前記発振回路の発振開始時は供給電流に関
係なく供給重用を上昇させる構成としたことを特徴とす
