１・・・マイクロストリップ線路、１４・・・インダク
タンス素子（金ワイヤ−）、５・・・ピンダイオード。

変抵抗成分を有するピンダイオードと、上記マイクロス
トリップ線路とピンダイオードとの間に直列に装荷され
上記マイクロ波の反射位相を一定に保つためのインダク
タンス素子とを備え、上記ピンダイオードの抵抗値を変
えて減衰量を変化せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする
定位相可変減衰器。A microstrip line into which microwaves are input, a pin diode having a variable resistance component, and an inductance element loaded in series between the microstrip line and the pin diode to keep the reflection phase of the microwave constant.
