の上記結合器からマイクロ波を上記パイプに入射させ、
他方の上記結合器から該マイクロ波の進行波を取り出し
て、該取り出した進行波の電力の減衰量を測定すること
により、上記パイプ内を移送中の上記物質の濃度を測定
