本発明はゴム製防舷材の製造方法に関し、特に、補強用
鉄板の開口への露出を防止することができる内部に補強
鉄板を埋設されたゴム製防舷材の製造方法に関するもの

囲にスペーサ部材6を複数個配置する。好ましくほこの
スペーサ部材6は、セミ加硫ゴム、帯又はゴムチップか
ら構成される。次にスペーサ部材6の周囲に補強用鉄板
5を配置し、鉄板5と開口に相当する金型部分4との間
に一定の間隔を維持する。しかる後ゴムを金型内へ仕込
