PURPOSE:To avoid the protrusion of a reinforcing iron plate to the mold portion during the vulcanization period by biasing by interleaving a rubber spacer between the reinforcing iron plate to be buried into a rubber fender and the mold. CONSTITUTION:Plural spacers 6 are set around a mold 4, and a reinforcing iron plate 5 is set around the spacer 6 made of a semi-vulcanized rubber or a rubber chip with a fixed interval between the iron plate 5 and the mold 4 corresponding to an opening. A rubber is charged into the mold. The insertion of the spacer 6 can completely prevent the protrusion of the reinforcing iron plate 5 into the opening by biasing during the vulcanization period.
