Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両側壁の対向する位置にそれぞれ複数個の貫通、　　　
    　穴を設けてなる断面口字状又は口字状の放熱部材と、
    前記各貫通穴に対応して円筒状突起を設けた熱伝導の良
    好な絶縁板とを有し、該絶縁板の円筒状突起をそれぞれ
    放熱部材の貫通穴に嵌合して半導体素子の取付片を当接
    し、ブツシュを介して該取付片の穴と前記絶縁板の円筒
    状突起にボルトを挿通し固定してなる半導体素子の取付
    装置。
