    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 室温では抵抗値の測定が不可能な程の高抵抗値を有しか
    つ抵抗値の温度係数が大きい第１の高温用サーミスタ焼
    結体と、この第１の高温用サーミスタ焼結体に対して隙
    間をあけて配置され室温で抵抗値の測定が可能でかつ抵
    抗値の温度係数が小さい第２の高温用サーミスタ焼結体
    と、前記第１および第２の高温用サーミスタ焼結体を貫
    通した状態で前記第１および第２の高温用サーミスタ焼
    結体と一体化された一対の棒状電極とを備えた高温用サ
    ーミスタ素子。
