  1. エンジンと直列に連結し、自動車の横方向に配置するご
    とくしたエンジン横置形トランスミッションの動力取出
    装置であって、前記トランスミッションの出力軸にスプ
    ライン結合する出力ギヤのボス部に、軸方向に延びる延
    長筒を設けて、該延長筒外周に、前記出力軸の軸端を支
    持する軸受を設けたことを特徴とするエンジン横置形ト
    ランスミッションの動力取出装置。
