Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin magnet molding material which has good moldability, wherein ferrite can be filled at a high concn. and highly orientated, by kneading a ferromagnetic substance with a polyamide resin contg. a polyamide oligomer. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic substance is kneaded with a polyamide resin contg. a polyamide oligomer as a matrix. When the polyamide oligomer is mixed with the polyamide resin, the rotational movement of the ferromagnetic substance is facilitated during injection molding in a magnetic field by the action of said oligomer so that the orientation ratio is increased. Further, the melt viscosity of the molding material is lowered, whereby the injection molding can be easily conducted. Even when the polyamide resin is in any form of pellet and powder, similar results can be obtd.

リアミド系樹脂をマトリックスとしたものか耐熱性、成
形性か秀れているため1こ多く使用されている。

本発明は、高濃度にフェライトを充填して高度に配向す
ることの出来る成形性のよい樹脂磁石成形材料を提供す
るものである0 充填した強磁性体粉末を高度に配向させることかできる
成形材料を提供するため1こ鋭意検討を行った結果、ポ
リアミド系樹脂にポリアミド出した。すなわち、ポリア
ミドオリゴマー作用へ して、磁場中で射出成形する時に強磁性体粉末の同転移
動か容易になり配向率か高くなる。また、成形材料の溶
融粘度か低下して射出成形も容易になる等の効果かある
。使用するポリアミド系樹脂はペレット状、パウダー状
のいずれでも同様の結果が得られる。

ロンの融点以上の温度に保った二軸押出機にて混合混練
してベレット状の成形材料を得た得られた成形材料を磁
場中で射出成形して磁気特性測定用試片(2og+x 
] OH)を得た。同様1こ機械的強度測定用試片(a
tX26WX50L)を得た。得られた試片にて磁気特
性1機械的強度を測定した結果を配同率、成形材料の溶
融粘度と共に第1表に示した0 実施例2 数平均公刊111000の6ナイロン10部に数平均分
子[5000以下の6ナイロンオリゴマ一1部を使用し
た以外は実施例1と同様にして成形材料を得、評価した
結果を第1表Iこ示した。
