    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 同期機構を有する変速段と同期機構のない変速段とを有
    すると共に、運転者のシフト操作力に基づいて供給され
    る作動流体圧により前記シフト操作力を倍力してトラン
    スミッション内に伝達するパワーアシスト機ｉをｉえた
    トランスミッションにおいて、前記同期機構のない変速
    段へのシフト操作を検出する検出手段と、車速か所定値
    以下か否かを検出する検出手段と、雨検出手段が同期機
    構のない変速段へのシフト操作及び車速が所定値より大
    きいことを検出した時に前記作動流体圧供給通路を閉鎖
    する通路開閉手段とを設けたことを特徴とするパワーア
    シスト機構付トランスミッションの誤動作防止装置。
