のそれぞれにおいて、土留面背後の盛土゛ 中に土留
面に平行に配設された鉄丸棒より成る複数本の横移動抵
抗棒と、同じ平面内において上記横移動抵抗棒と直角を
なす鉄丸棒より成る複数本の引張材とを備え、上記の複
数本の引張材が上記の土留面構造物及び同一水平面内に
ある複数本の横移動抵抗棒とそれぞれ上記盛土の自重に
よる上・ 下方向の土圧により水平方向に働らく主働
土圧を受けて該横移動抵抗棒が盛土中を移動しようとす
る場合の抵抗力を上記引張材に伝達するに足る強度で接
