It has a complex structure with two sets of rotating parts, including a heating part. For example, as yarn packages become larger, such as those used in industrial materials such as tire cords, the heating equipment becomes larger and power consumption increases. There were drawbacks such as rapid increase in the number of machines, impossibility of speeding up, low productivity, and high equipment costs due to rough spindle gauges. Furthermore, when replenishing yarn, the heating device must be stopped, new yarn must be loaded, and splicing must be performed, resulting in low operational efficiency.
この発明の目的は、前述のような欠点を解消することに

This is a heating device that is compact and consumes less power, and is capable of increasing speed, increasing operating efficiency, and reducing costs.

One of the untwisted and untwisted yarns 5b travels straight through the conduit 1 and is supported by the yarn kite 23 and the tension compensator 24 and remains untwisted, while the other untwisted and heated yarn 5a remains heated by the pack roller 7. The untwisted and untwisted yarn 5b travels in the conduit 1 in a separated state, passes through the yarn branching chamber 2 and the yarn guide tube 8 of the disk 3, and exits from the front end yarn outlet 1] 10 of the conduit 1 and passes through the convergence guide 9. Using a fulcrum, the yarn 5a is heated to the same number of first twists in the same direction, and is combined with the first twisted and untwisted yarn 5b by the convergence guide 9, and both yarns are intertwined and heated to the same number of first twists in the opposite direction to the first twist. will be done.

When using this device, when a plurality of raw yarns 5 to be twisted and twisted are supplied to the spindle section A, the heating device is heated by the front roller 6 to be driven. While traveling at a required yarn speed, the first-twist heated yarn 5a, which is heated as a second twist to the position of the convergence guide 9 by the nogutsu crawler 7, is transferred to the conduit 1, the yarn branching chamber 2 for pulling, and the yarn guide tube of the disk 3. The yarn passes through the axial conduit 1 in the convergence guide 9 while exhibiting luning after passing through the yarns 8 and is heated by the convergence guide 9 to the same pre-twist as the yarn 5a. Twisted yarns 25 of the same number of loosely twisted yarns in the reverse direction as the first twist are obtained. Twist this twisted yarn 25 & (

In addition, it is possible to make large packages of raw yarn using thick yarn such as tire cord yarn or carpet yarn, and it can be handled without any problems regardless of the shape or size. The gauge is also narrower (equipment costs can be reduced compared to conventional products), and since the creel at the yarn support is fixed, there is no need to stop the machine to replenish the yarn package, greatly improving operating efficiency. There are many effects such as -L and greatly contributing to Cost Town.
