Abstract

PURPOSE:To readily remove wear powder around a slip ring by forming an outlet at the upside of a brush and a partition plate and an exhaust groove having a dust collecting machine at the downside, and forming a slope at the downside of a brush chamber. CONSTITUTION:An outlet 13 is formed at the upside of a brush chamber 5a, a partition plate 14 and an exhaust groove 16 having a dust collecting machine 15 are provided at the downside, and a slope is so formed that the downside of the chamber 5a becomes narrower toward the groove 16. Cooling air fed around a slip ring 2 through an incoming air cover 9 and a cooling fan 10 is flowed from the outlet 13 to the exterior. Wear powder dropped to the bottom of the chamber 5a is collected to the inlet of the groove 16 along the wall of the downside. The powder accumulated in the inlet is sucked to the machine 15.

れている。そしてブラシ室5はスリップリングカッく−
6およびロッカー7等で構成され、ブラシ保持器4はロ
ッド8によってロッカー7に取り付けられている。

て、短絡事故を発生するようになる。

形成しだので、ブラシ室5aの下部側の壁に沿って排出
溝16の入口に集まるようになる。そしてとの入口に堆
