PURPOSE:To attain turning on and off of power from a device at a remote location by providing a circuit controlling the power supply of a device to be controlled while receiving a power control command at a controller controlling the connection of a network. CONSTITUTION:In case of power application, a terminal device 103 transmits a power appliecation command taking a desitination terminal address as #1 to a connecting device 2.
