Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 排気流路に設けられる大容量の親弁および
小容量の子弁を有する真空装置用止弁において、
上記親弁および子弁を開閉する共通弁軸を有する
とともに、この共通弁軸を上記親弁に対応する広
範囲と上記子弁に対応する狭範囲との2段階に制
御可能な手段を具備することを特徴とする真空装
置用止弁。 (2) 上記親弁は排気流路に設けた弁座に離接し
てこれを開閉するとともに、子弁はこの親弁に設
けた小孔を開閉するようにし、この子弁と上記親
弁をガイド機構によりこれらが所定のストローク
接離可能に連結し、この子弁を前記共通弁軸に連
結し、これら親弁と子弁をスプリングにより互い
に離れる方向に付勢し、上記ガイド機構およびス
プリングを金属ダイアフラムにより流体から隔離
したことを特徴とする第1の請求項に記載の真空
装置用止弁。
