Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable prepregs to be laminated continuously and automatically by a method wherein the 1st belt-like prepreg and the 2nd belt-like prepreg are fed independently, cut adequately, heated, bonded under pressure and lapped over each other. CONSTITUTION:Process A in which the 1st beltlike prepreg 1 is sent intermittently in the fixed direction X, process B in which the 2nd belt-like prepreg 2 is sent in the direction shifted by a specified angle to the above direction X, lapping process C in which these prepregs 1, 2 are heated and bonded under pressure, process D in which the 2nd prepreg 2 is cut by that width along the side edge of the 1st prepreg, process E in which the 3rd beltlike prepreg 3, for example, is fed in the specified direction X in synchronization with the 1st prepreg 1, and lapping process F in which this 3rd prepreg 3 is heated and bonded under pressure on the 2nd prepreg 2 that is cut and lapped on the 1st prepreg provide a laminated substance of prepreg.

重合することによシ、連続的かつ自動的にプリプレグを

れも巻き戻し、別途巻取部14又は5等に巻き取ってお
く、しかる抜及合工程Fにおいて、この更に第3のプリ
プレグ3を、84’ lのプリプレグl上に切断重合さ
れた前記第2のプリプレグ2上に、第1のプリプレグ1
の長手方向にそって加熱圧着する。この加熱圧着は、図
示例にあっては、温水を循環してガる加熱ロール15を
用いて、粘着性を付与しつつ押圧することによシ行彦わ
れている、次に、このようにして積層でれた第1.第2

じ、離型紙16を外衣面に重合する工程、冷却ロール1

たものとして積層することができる効果を有してなシ、
又従来チ作業に伴い積層W1に厘埃その他が付着して製
品品質が劣化したという短点も、確実に防止できるとい
う効果も有してな9、更に一反の工程で51・−櫂反−
までの績j−が可能で必り、しかも一度得られた積層物
を更にこの工程にかけることによってそれ以上の多層積
層も可能である等、必要に応じて何層ものプリプレグの
積層が可能であるという効果も有して々)、更にプリプ
レグの積層角度が随時変更して役定出来るので、プリプ
レグの素材として特長を各種ニーズに合わせて適切に発
揮できる効果も発揮し、従来例に存した問題点が一掃で
れる等、その有してなる効果は顕著にして犬なるものが
ある、
