There is a tendency for an increasing number of such houses or buildings to have no resident manager or to entrust the management of elevators to representatives of the residents. If an elevator in such a place breaks down, there is a risk that the manager will be absent or unaware, and the passengers will be trapped inside the car and unable to communicate with the outside world. On the other hand, the following methods are known with the aim of unmanned elevator management.

There are problems such as giving a great sense of anxiety. In addition, (1)
Method (2) has disadvantages such as having to be dispatched every time a passenger misbehaves or the like, and method (2) further increases the sense of anxiety among passengers since it is not possible to make a telephone call. Therefore, we recently installed a switch to switch between the intercom in the manager's room and the phone number to the service company. Normally, the manager answers calls from passengers, but when the manager is absent, the switch can be turned on and off. A method is being considered in which the information can be directly sent to the service company from inside the passenger car by inserting the information into the service company's phone.

にある。However, this method requires the operation of a changeover switch and requires the presence of a manager. This does not necessarily mean that the manager will be able to operate the system reliably in his or her absence, and there is a concern that the manager may be absent or unaware of the situation, especially when the changeover switch is turned on by the manager. [Object of the Invention] The object of the present invention is to encourage the manager to quickly process calls from passengers in the car, and to ensure communication with outside parties even if the manager is absent or unaware. Confirm that 7 is empty and capture it. When the central office line 17 is captured, the auto dial 6 sends out the dial number of the specific subscriber 15, and the telephone in the elevator car 11 is connected to one extension circuit 1, 1 one central line circuit 5 one central line 17 and one central office line of the Telephone and Telecommunications Corporation exchange. A telephone conversation between the elevator car 11 and the specific subscriber 15 is established through the path 17 - signal control circuit 7 - telephone equipment of the specific subscriber 15 . When the call ends, by returning the handset of each telephone device, the station line circuit 5 and the signal line 5 are connected to each other. The office line 17 connected to the circuit 7 is opened. At this time, even if the handset of the telephone set 11 in the elevator car is disconnected, a signal is sent from the signal circuit 8, and the signal circuit 8 - signal control circuit 7 - station line 17 - Telephone and Telephone Public Corporation exchange 14 - station line 1
7. The station line 17 of the station line circuit 5 is opened by the station line circuit 5, the receiving circuit 4, and the control circuit 3. As described above, in this embodiment, the control room is first called from inside the elevator car, and if there is no response, the elevator service company is automatically called, thereby first securing a call to the outside. There is.

Due to the operation of A or relay LB, relay T does not operate and continues to call telephone set 1. ) When relay T operates, contacts 5t and 6t switch the office line from the telephone equipment 2 side to the elevator side communication circuit, and at the same time, contact 3t starts auto-dial ADL, and relays DI and DS send a dial pulse for a specific subscriber number. Sending out, central line 17
, the call is received by a specific subscriber via the Telephone and Telecommunications Public Corporation exchange 14. As shown in FIG. 3, when a specific subscriber receives an incoming call, the bell BELL rings, and when the receiver of the telephone is raised, the switch HS and relays A and B operate to accept the call. When the call ends and both parties return the handset, all relays are restored and the normal state returns. However, regardless of whether the handset on the elevator side is raised or lowered, the specific subscriber returns the handset on the telephone equipment and the next line is restored. It will be opened as follows. Notification receiving device 16 in Fig. 3
The switch HS and relay A are restored and the signal circuit S is restored.
A recovery signal (voice band frequency) is sent from END for a certain period of time, and relay B is restored. Relay B is capacitor C3
, the resistor R provides a slow recovery type. When a recovery signal is sent from the specific subscriber side, the automatic notification device 1 in Fig. 2
At step 3, the recovery signal is received by the receiving circuit REC and the relay F is operated. Relay F operates relay RST, and when relay T is restored, the office line is released. Relay RST contacts 4b and zrst continue to operate until the elevator telephone sets the handset back. In addition, the relay LA monitors the response of a specific subscriber, and if a response is received, the automatic notification device 1
Relay LA operates to change the polarity of station line 17 on the 3rd side.
If there is no response due to a busy situation, etc., there is no polarity change, so relay LA does not operate, and relay RST operates after a certain period of time according to timer TIM2 to open the central office line.
As described above, according to this embodiment, when a person is trapped in an elevator car, a telephone call can be made between the inside of the car and the control room, and if there is no response due to no one in the control room, the central office line is switched off. The system automatically connects to a specific subscriber and makes a call, so if there is no one in the control room, the trapped person can directly talk to the specific subscriber and take appropriate action. can. Moreover, mischief etc. can be detected immediately, and the specific subscriber side also has the advantage of being able to take appropriate action. Furthermore, even if a person who is trapped in a panic leaves the handset of the telephone in the elevator car unplugged when the call ends, if a signal circuit is installed on the specific subscriber side as in the above embodiment, the call will end. A recovery signal is automatically sent from the specified subscriber side, and the office line on the automatic notification device side is automatically opened to return to normal conditions, which also has the effect of preventing handsets from being removed. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, it is possible for the manager to quickly respond to a call from a passenger in the car, and it is also possible to reliably secure a call to the outside, thereby improving the reliability of the reporting device. High,
This can reduce passenger anxiety.
