Therefore, in view of the fact that more and more high-rise houses and related facilities will be constructed in high places and on mountain slopes, there will be a large demand for this type of water storage tank, and there will be a need for an economical and safe construction method when constructing the tank. Ru. Conventionally, this type of storage tank is often constructed on soft ground such as reclaimed land or reclaimed land, and it takes several 10 days after the tank is completed to inject water and perform a water test to consolidate the ground. However, it has the disadvantage of prolonging the construction period and increasing costs. In addition, the construction method for this type of cylindrical storage tank was to arrange the bottom plates, assemble the side plates from the bottom up, and finally attach the roof, but this roof installation work was done at high places and was not carried out on scaffolding, which was dangerous. A lot of cost is required to manufacture and attach the workbench.

For this reason, a roof was built on the bottom plate along with the construction of the side plates,
Several methods have been proposed for raising the roof by injecting water into a tank surrounded by the side panels and attaching the roof to the upper edge of the side panels. The present invention relates to a construction method for assembling a storage tank using roof levitation using this type of injection method, and particularly aims to provide a method for constructing a cylindrical storage tank with a double roof structure safely and in a short period of time.

As shown in FIG. 2, the assembly method involves arranging the bottom plate 1 on a foundation 2, assembling the support pedestal 3 on the bottom plate 1, and assembling the concave lower roof 4 thereon. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, a connecting member 5 is hung above the lower roof 4, a convex upper roof 6 is assembled on top of the connecting member 5, and both roofs 4 and 6 are temporarily fixed together with the connecting member 5. A composite roof A is constructed, and a scaffold 7 for assembling side panels is installed at the outer peripheral end of this upper roof 6. The side panels 8 are worked in parallel with the assembly of the composite roof A, and then the fourth
As shown in the figure, water is poured into the space surrounded by the synthetic roof A, the side panels 8 and the bottom plate 1 to float the synthetic roof A, the water injection is stopped at a predetermined position, and the side panels are assembled using the scaffold 7 for assembling the side panels. 8 is repeated until the side plates 8 are stacked up to a predetermined height.

As shown in FIG. 5, after stacking the side plates 8 to a predetermined height, the water level in the storage tank is adjusted and
The outer peripheral edge and the uppermost side plate 8 are joined by a joining member 9.

Then, as shown in Figure 6, after releasing the connection between the upper roof 6 and the lower roof 4, the water in the water tank is gradually drained to lower the water level, and the lower roof 4 is lowered to a predetermined position before draining. Then, the lower roof and the side panels are joined using the joining member 10.

After completion of this joining work, as shown in FIG. 7, all the water in the tank is drained, and the connecting members 5 and the like in the spaces between the upper and lower roofs are taken out from the manhole 11.

In the figure, 12 is a manhole, 13 is a side nozzle, 14 is a low distribution reservoir, 15 is a high distribution reservoir, 16 is an internal staircase, and 17 is an external staircase. As described above, the method of the present invention is not only safe and economical because the roof assembly is done in a low place, but also effective against consolidation of soft ground such as reclaimed land and reclaimed land because the water filling period is long. It is very effective and can prevent uneven settlement caused by soft ground when the storage tank is in use.

In addition, since the water-filled construction of the present invention involves a water-filled test, there is no need to conduct a special water-filled test, which can reduce costs, and compared to the conventional construction method using pontoons. It has excellent features such as cost savings and reduced risks.

1 In a cylindrical storage tank with a double roof structure consisting of an upper roof and a lower roof, a concave lower roof is assembled on the bottom plate constructed on the foundation, an upper roof is assembled on this lower roof, and both roofs are temporarily attached. They are fixed to form a composite roof, and in parallel with the construction of these roofs, several tiers of side panels are assembled around the outer periphery of the bottom panel.
Water is poured into the underside of the lower roof inside the side panels to float the composite roof, and the scaffolding attached to the outer edge of the composite roof is used as an inner scaffold to further stack and connect the upper side panels to the side panels, and then After the construction of the side panels is completed while the roof follows the roof by pouring water, the upper end of the side panels is joined to the upper roof, a portion of the water is removed and the lower roof is lowered to the required position, and the periphery of this lower roof is attached to the side panels. , a storage tank assembly method characterized by eliminating all of the injection at the end.
