ングに、対をなすフランジを形成し、これらフランジ間
におけるラックギヤハウジングの外回に、両端にフラン
ジを形成したマウンティングインシュレータを、そのフ
ランジをラックギヤハウジングのフランジの内側に位置
させて装着し、このマウンティングインシュレータのフ
ランジ間−を外周側からクランプで押え、このクランプ
を車体側の部材に固定してなるラックギヤハウジングの
マウント構造において、前記マウンティングインシュレ
ータの両フランジに、クランプ側に突出する変形部をそ
れぞれ設け、これら変形部に各係合する押圧部を、前記
クランプの、ラックシャフトの軸方向の両性側にそれぞ
れ突出させて設け、これら押圧部で前記変形部をそれぞ
れ押圧して、これらフランジの、前記ラックシャフトの
軸方向のばね定数を決めるようにしたことを特徴とする
