さを表す検出信号を発生する第2加速度センサと、 前記第1加速度センサから付与される検出信号の値が所
定の基準値より大きいとき同検出信号により表される加
速方向に位置するショックアブソーバの減衰力を増大さ
せるよう同ショックアブソーバのアクチュエータを駆動
する出力信号を発生する第1出力信号発生手段と、 前記第2加速度センサから付与される検出信号の値が所
定の基準値より大きいとき同検出信号により表される加
速方向に位置するショックアブソーバの減衰力を増大さ
