  1. 玉ねぎを移動させるよことができる切断通路内の上部に
    、玉ねぎの茎部を切断する円板形茎用カッターを軸架し
    て構成する玉ねぎの切断装置において、前記草月カッタ
    ーを縦軸の回転軸に上下動可能にスプライン嵌合し、そ
    の草月カッターとともに上下動できるセンサーを玉ねぎ
    に接触できるように延設して構成したことを特徴とする
    茎部の切断自動調節構造。
