    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗浄槽本体の側面に被洗浄物出入口を設けるとともに被
    洗浄物の出入方向と平行な載置面を有する搬入出合を、
    出入口に接続して洗浄槽本体に固定し、この搬入出合の
    載置面下部に洗浄液の溶剤ガスを吸着し得る吸着物質を
    介して吸引ファンを形成し、載置面部分に位置する溶剤
    ガスを吸引吸着し得るようにしたことを特徴とする洗浄
    装置。
