Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] Magnetic poles are attached to each end of an anode cylinder in which a plurality of vanes are fixed to the inner wall and arranged radially surrounding a cathode, and a permanent magnet is attached to the outside of each magnetic pole in the direction of the tube axis. A magnetic circuit is formed by connecting the end faces of each permanent magnet opposite to the magnetic pole side with a yoke in a roughly protruding shape, and further penetrating one of the permanent magnets and the yoke to protrude a cathode stem.
