On the other hand, the core yarn A is unwound in a tensioned manner from the core yarn package 4 through the lower flyer 5 whose rotation is regulated, and is pulled out at the reference speed. While rubbing against the left side surface 8a, the core yarn A is combined and twisted with the floating yarn B-B which is joined in an overfeed manner to form a combined twisted yarn E.

In this twisted yarn E, the floating yarn B-B is the core yarn A.
The excess yarn length due to this overfeed is assisted by the rotation of the contact roller 8 and distributed in the length direction of the core yarn A, and the floating yarns B to B are twisted around the core yarn A. loops, etc. are formed sequentially.

In addition, when forming this loop, the core yarn A is unwound while rotating around the core yarn package 4 as the lower flyer 5 rotates, so that the surface 8a of the contact roller 8 is oscillated in the horizontal direction. At the same time, the part where the floating yarn B-B is twisted also oscillates.

(See Figure 2) Furthermore, the twisted yarn E passes through the guide pin 9 above the contact roller 8 while being bent in a reverse shape.
The rubbing of the plied and twisted yarns E against the contact roller 8 is ensured, and tension fluctuations due to the swinging of the plied and twisted portions are absorbed.

Subsequently, the twisted yarn E passes through the lower hollow spindle 10,
Above the spindle 10, the presser yarn C, which is unwound in tension from the presser yarn package 11 via the upper flyer 1-2, is twisted in the opposite direction to the twisting direction of the twisted yarn E to form a design yarn F. Then, it is wound up into a winding package 18 by a winding roller 1T.

Therefore, the floating yarn B-B is placed in the package 2~
Since the threads are individually pulled out from the threads 2 and combined during running, the length of feed between the floating threads B and B is uniform, and even when floating threads B and B with significantly different counts and yarn qualities are used together. As a result of no disturbance or irregularity in loops caused by differences in thread thickness, etc., it is possible to easily form design threads with various shapes by using a wide range of floating threads B-B.

Furthermore, at the plied and twisted part where the core yarn A and the floating yarn B-B are joined, the plied and twisted yarn E is rubbed in a free state by the contact roller 8, which rotates at a circumferential speed higher than its running speed, so that loops etc. Formation is assisted, and loops are formed smoothly and reliably, and unlike conventional methods, the loops are nipped by gripping rollers and deformed, and the plying and twisting parts are forcibly restricted and incorrect tension is applied. This improves the texture of the designed yarn, and since irregular tension and twisting torque are not hidden in the designed yarn, even if the tension of the designed yarn is alleviated in subsequent processes, loops etc. It has the advantage of not causing yarn breakage or yarn disorder.

Furthermore, in this example, the floating yarn B-B is actively fed at a steady speed by the floating yarn sending roller 1 from a package that is placed still, so unlike the conventional method, multiple floating yarns are combined in a separate process. There is no need to yarn, the yarn doubling process can be omitted, and the package diameter of the core yarn package 4 fitted to the lower hollow spindle 3 can be reduced, so the rotation speed of the hollow spindle 3 can be increased to increase productivity. It has a certain effect.

Furthermore, even if the floating yarn is less strong, it is sent out by the floating yarn sending roller 1 and is not unduly tensioned by ballooning or the like, so it can be conveniently used without any trouble.

効果がある。
In addition, in this example, since the presser yarn C is twisted in the opposite direction to the twisting direction of the combined and twisted yarn E, the floating yarn B-B is securely held, and the combined and twisted yarn E and presser yarn C are twisted together. This has the effect of canceling out the twisting torque of the design yarn F and significantly reducing the twisting torque of the decorative yarn F.

That is, in the present invention, a plurality of floating lines that are actively sent out are collected in an array, passed through a rotatably supported hollow spindle, and then unwound from a package fitted to the hollow spindle. The core yarn is twisted in an overfeed manner, and at this twisting portion, the core yarn and the floating yarn are rubbed against the movable surface of the contact roller, and the presser yarn is further twisted. By doing so, it is possible to vary the form of the design thread by arbitrarily combining the counts, materials, and yarn quality of the core thread and floating thread over a wide range, and the loops formed can form a uniform design thread. This invention is extremely excellent as a method for producing decorative threads.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the floating yarn B-B was unwound and pulled out above the package that was placed still, but the package may be rotated and pulled out laterally, or a large number of packages may be used. If necessary, it may be supplied from a back creel or the like.
