流を重畳させるようにした交流重畳線と、この交流重畳
線のアース部とコンデンサーの間に設けられた変流器と
、変流器を流れる電流変化を電圧として取出した電圧と
設定電圧とを比較する比較器とを備えたことを特徴とす
