主コンデンサ、6は波形成形用のインダクタンス、7は
放電抵抗、8は印加用コンデンサ、9は高圧同軸コネク
タ、10はフィルタ、11はメカ接点4の接点で波形成
形用のインダクタンス6に接続、12は同じ(接点で発
生用の主コンデンサ5に接続、13は同じく接点で充電
