Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多数の水管１をわずかな隙間をおいて並列に配し、その
    両端を上下管寄せ２・３に連結し上下管寄せ２・３を連
    通せしめた上下熱交換器４・５を節炭器ケース６内に上
    下方向に略くの字形に配設し、上下熱交換器４・５の出
    入口を連絡管７で連通し、下段熱交換器５の水管１に平
    行して該水管１の上面に仕切板８を設け、該仕切板８と
    前記下段熱交換器５の木管１間に上昇流のガス路Ａ９を
    形成し、前記下段熱交換器５に対して仕切板８と反対側
    の節炭器ケース６にガス入口１０を設け、上段の熱交換
    器４の下部管寄せ３と節炭器ケース６との間にガス路Ｂ
    ｌｌを形成し、前記上段の熱交換器４の上側の水管１と
    節炭器ケース６との間に反転流路Ｃ１２を形成し、前記
    上段の熱交換器４の下側水管１と仕切板８と節炭器ケー
    ス６とで構成されるガス路Ｄ１３を形成し、前記ガス入
    口１Ｇ・ガス路Ａ９・ガス路Ｂｌｌ・反転流路Ｃ１２・
    ガス路Ｄ１３を竺れぞれ連通し、略Ｓ字形の上昇反転流
    路を形成せしめ、ガス路Ｄ１３の仕切板８と節炭器ケー
    ス６で構成する漏斗部最下部に排ガスの結露を集水排出
    する排出管１４を設けたことを特徴とする多段鼓型節炭
    器。
