Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A rotary valve element provided within the valve body to be rotated between a valve open position and a valve closed position, and a rotary valve element configured to maintain the rotary valve element in a sealed state within the valve body. A rotary valve having at least one movable valve seat disposed within the valve body so as to be movable between a crimped position and a remote position away from the rotary valve element, wherein the rotary valve element is a first fluid actuated device that is rotated between the valve open position and the valve closed position; a first electromagnetic valve that controls fluid supply to the first fluid actuated device; and a movable valve seat. A second fluid actuator for moving the above-described crimping position to a separated position, and a second solenoid valve for controlling supply of fluid to the second fluid actuator, and the second solenoid valve is energized. A rotary valve characterized in that it is provided with an electric circuit that later energizes the first solenoid valve.
