吸着させる磁力を通電によって発生させる電磁コイル５
と、手動操作によって弁体２を押圧付勢する手動ロッド
６と、該手動ロッドに装着され摺動部からの流体洩れを
防止するダイヤフラム７とを備え、弁座から弁体側を弁
１次側とし、弁座から弁２次側に手動ロッド６およびダ
イヤフラム７を配置したことを特徴とする電磁弁の手動
