Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 こノ発明は自動車タイヤのパンク修復方法に関するもの
である。
従来、路上に於るタイヤの脱着は手間が掛り、ことに高
速道路上に於てはその作業は基だ危険である。故に、パ
ンク時乗用車券には瞬時に空気放出を防ぐチューブレス
タイヤの着用が多い又、粘材入りボンベによる空気注入
法もあるがいずれも当座の間に合せでしかない。
本発明は上記と異シパンクの原因となる異物を除去後、
ボンベ又は窒気室付き手動ポンプでチューブレスタイヤ
内部に組込んだ予備チューブに空気を充填させて修復を
計るもので、自動車に組込まれた各タイヤは各々倍数の
スペア−効果を奏す。
これを図面について説明すれば、通濱のチューブレスタ
イヤ内部に特殊パルプを組付けたチェ４−ブ１を挿入す
る。特殊バルブのハウジング２はリム乙のバルブ穴にゴ
ムバット４と共にナツト５で螺着され、その内・副に４
′骨遊するバルブ６内部は通常の空気弁を内臓している
が、チューブ付根下端にはタイヤ内部に空気を注入する
通気孔７を設置する。
バルブの麻旋部に螺着する外弁固定キャップ８ｉｌ−１
：ハウジング端部に蓋状にかぶさυ、その緊結で堺ノ簀
したバルブ６を引出しチューブのゴム質付根９部をハウ
ジング２０皿状頭部１０に押付はタイヤ内部の空気通路
を遮断する。バルブ突端に区着した内弁キャップ１１は
通常のものである。
以上の構成によシ外弁固定ギャップ８をゆるめバルブ６
をリム６内部に押込みながらゲ気を注入すると、空気は
バルブ６内部にある空気弁の虫を押上げてその上端に開
口した通気孔７よりタイヤ内部に散出される。パンク時
には空気弁の虫をゆるめ上記の操作でタイヤ内圧を引下
げた後、外弁固定キャップを緊結し空気を注入するとタ
イヤはチューブによる膨張で復元する。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 図面に示すように、チューブレスタイヤ内部にスペア−
    を目的とするチューブを組込みその一端のリム穴に適合
    した重層バルブと共にパンク時チューブを膨張させてタ
    イヤの修復を計る補助チューブ。
