In cushions used for bedding, pinerests, and pads, there are various cushions that have a hard part in addition to a soft part made of synthetic resin foam as the base, and are devised so that the hard part exerts an acupressure effect. ing. An example of this is one in which an uneven portion is formed on the surface of the base, and a hard resin made of a material different from that of the base is laminated on the recessed portion. But these 2
In cushions formed by laminating different materials, it is difficult to layer hard resins uniformly, resulting in uneven hardness of the cushion. Furthermore, since two types of materials are bonded together, there is a risk that the bonded surfaces will peel off during long-term use. Another example of enhancing the acupressure effect is to use one type of synthetic resin foam material, form irregularities on its surface, impregnate the convex parts with resin, and harden the resulting material. However, when this cushion is actually used as bedding, etc., air flows through the recessed part, so
The drawback was that it was not suitable for winter use.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a cushioning material that is durable and does not peel off while having an acupressure effect by using one type of soft material and forming a hardened part inside it. The purpose is to

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms irregularities on the surface of a synthetic resin foam, heat-presses the convex parts to flatten them, and melts the material of the heat-pressed convex parts to the same level as the material below the flat surface. It hardens to form a hardened part.

Figures 1, 1a, and 1b show cross-sectional views of bases 10, 10a, and 10b made of synthetic resin foam with uneven parts formed on the upper surface, and the shapes of the respective protrusions 12, 12a, and 12b are wavy and square. , Yamagata. This synthetic resin foam is cut into an uneven shape by a cutting means such as a profile cutter or a two-dimensional processing machine. In this way, one surface of the base portions 10, 10a, and 10b is formed into an uneven shape,
After that, each of the protrusions M12, 12a, and 12b is hot-pressed at least at the deepest depth of each concave portion, and the convex portion 12
- Planarize the base surface where 12a and 12b were formed. Figures 2, 2a and 2b show the state after Figures 1, 1a and 1b have been hot pressed. In this state, the heat-pressed material of the convex portions 12, 12a, 12b melts and assimilates into the portions located below the convex portions 12, 12a, 12b, and the hardened portions 14, 14a with a large density are formed in those portions.・14b
is formed. Convex parts 12, 12a, 12 to be heat pressed
When the height of b is low, as shown in Figures 2 and 2a-2b, the length of the hardened part 14 fist 14a◆14b is 1 in the middle of the thickness from the top surface, but the length of the convex part to be heat pressed is When the height is increased, the hardened portions 16, 16a, and 16b are formed to penetrate from the front surface to the back surface, as shown in FIGS. 6, 6a, and 3b. When the hardened portion is formed through the hardened portion, the area of the hardened portion on one side (the side where the convex portion was formed) is larger than the area of the hardened portion on the other side.

The shape and arrangement of the hardened portions formed on the plane of the base may be, for example, scattered as shown in Figure 4, wavy lines as shown in Figure 5, or multiple lines as shown in Figure 6. It is possible to form any shape or arrangement, such as parallel lines, depending on the purpose.

As described above, in the cushioning material according to the present invention, 1
A hardened part can be formed inside by heat-pressing a protrusion formed on the material using a different type of material. The hardened part can be easily formed, and it can be used instead of two types of materials with different hardness as in the past. There is no problem that the hard resin cannot be uniformly laminated in the concave part of the base unlike the other products. In addition, since the curved portions of the same material are hardened by heat pressing, there is no difference in density between the hardened portion and the base, and therefore there is no difference in density between the hardened portion and the soft portion that occur when two types of materials are used. No peeling phenomenon occurs between the two. Furthermore, since the hardened portion can be formed of the same material, compared to the conventional method that uses two types of materials with different hardnesses, component costs can be reduced by unifying the materials. Note that if the convex portion is made higher, the hardened portion will reach from the top surface to the back surface, and hardened portions of different sizes will be formed on each surface, so both surfaces can be used properly depending on the purpose. In addition, the shape and arrangement of the hardened portions formed on the surface can be changed by simply changing the shape and arrangement of the convex portions formed on the surface, and the shape and arrangement of the hardened portions can be freely set by changing the way the uneven shape is cut. can do. Therefore, cushioning materials having different sizes and locations of hardened portions can be freely and easily manufactured. Furthermore, since the hardened portion is formed, the strength is increased compared to the original material with only a soft portion. In addition, since the cushioning material according to the present invention has a flat surface, air does not pass through the recesses compared to a cushioning material made of a single material that simply has a convexity formed on the top surface. I never feel that.
